Good Service and food was also extremely good. Location is prime. Overall a good experience.

Water was not present in the bathroom. Too bad experience. Fist time faced this type of problem.

Next to worst experience, really pathetic.This is not hotel actually SARAI even SARAI can be more comfortable.Not seen such dirty room, bathroom in any hotel than that.No facility, no sense of customer satisfaction.Charging money for even water that too when breakfast is complementary.No reception staff to pick any call, lift is of baba adam ke zamane ka channel wala, garbage dumped in front of entry gate,TV set wires not connected , hanged as showpiece, dirty water mug and used glass for drinking water that too chargeable.Dirty bed and pillow cover, Only soap given as free toiletries.Wardrobe rod broken, no place to put clothes.Room service staff not bother to give even towel even after repeated requests..Suggest not to stay

First found one issue with their house keeping. But they promptly corrected it and made the stay pleasant.

Terrible experience, deliberately allotted old, dirty and dark room, rude behaviour of the staff, absolutely no cooperation. They only changed the room after complaining to makemytrip customer care but not a good room as the air-conditioner was not working properly. Out of the five night stay, they cleaned the room only once, no change of towel and no extra hanger. Thank you

duvet cover was torn, Health faucet was broken, seepages were in room. Lake of training. staff were not professional

It was a very poor quality hotel.. Facilities declared are not available.. no toiletries no tea pot no hot water facilities. Not clean at all

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay was very good. Location is very good. Very spacious room for 2 persons. Washroom was also very spacious. But one negative point of my allotted room, there was only one electric socket was working properly. Other sockets were not working. Even the TV was not working. AC was very good. Bedding was also very good. Thank you MMT and HOTEL HARISONS, Patna.

Easy to reach and affordable service. Neat and Clean the rooms and behavioral of staff is friendly.

First of all every single staff is high grade unprofessional. They offer breakfast but dont have any option other than paratha. House Keeping is pathetic. I stayed there 2 nights, but they have sent no one to clean the room. When asked for clean towel they replied "we dont have man power who can send the towel, come and take it from reception". I travel almost 10 days in every month have not seen such unprofessional people. Prefer not to stay here, as only location is good but rest is worst.
