    worst stay ever I booked for executive room and the front office associate whose working on night shift ask to switch to delux room when I payed for executive room . and I ordered for my dinner at 10:45 it came to me at 12:30am can u imagine how much I have to wait for my food worst stay ever .no water was kept in the room .when asked for water they said me to pay on the spot 20 rupees worst experience ever

    Frequent power cuts, very bad housekeeping, and quality of water for the bathroom are very salty. Overall, it is not worth giving 1.6k price for this hotel.

    As i booked four rooms but the management provided 3 room only due to un availability’s room and from that also one roomAC was not working and change the room after complaint later they provided one more room that is newly painted and not suitable for stay due to lot of smells

    The size of room was fine but the service was not good at all. There were 3 rooms which were booked 2 executive and 1 deluxe room. Some of things which were not up to the mark were 1. The towel which was initially provided were torn badly which were changed on asking. 2. The rooms were not clean enough 3. The mattress and quilt has slight foul smell. 5. Only one has the towel rest two didn't have towel as well. The be honest it was all just ok. I will not book this hotel again.

    Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
