It was a pleasant stay overall. Location is near to Airport. Cabs are available. Available various transportation to visit the Kamakhya temple but after 6:30-7am. Hotel staffs are cooperative. Hotel does not have restaurant but can order food from outside. Rooms were clean but might have bedbugs, thats the only issue I have.

Average Stay
Rate is bit higher as per the room facilities. I think they charged more for food that i ordered from outside. Also didn't helped me in getting a cab to airport n finally i managed at my own. Lets see what happens in my future visit to them in near future

Hello Ma'm,I have looked to your complaint very thoroughly. We didn't have fooding facility until 3/10/24. You had ordered your food, where your food bill was as per your order so there was no discrepancy from the staff side as per my review. And as for charging more in room rates, your room had been upgraded from a single non ac room to a queen ac room, for which you had been charged a bit more and as for the taxi services we dont have our own taxi so it is subject to availability and rates as per local taxi rates.I hope i have cleared your doubts.Thank you for visiting our Hotel,hope to see you soon.
Good Stay
There was a power failure during the evening and early morning. A generator back up is a must for the hotel considering the amount they charge

Nice stay
It was nice stay there! staff was nice. Suggestion- please when there is a booking, then keep the rooms ready beforehand. Instead of doing the last minute preparation.

Excellent Stay Room was so Clean, Great Hospitality Helps Customer politely, Room Service is also very responding. If you have any problem give it a call to room service and every problem is Solvedโฆ. And the Bathroom is super clean .Overall fab Hotel a giving it a 5star

The hotel hari gayatri regent located at a nice place. But there is a problem of fooding/meal. We ordered through zomato. Fooding hotel located at a distance of 1. 5 km from here.

The food provided was generally satisfactory, with a decent variety. It would be beneficial for the hotel to focus on enhancing the culinary experience. Safety measures were well-implemented, and hygiene standards were commendable throughout the premises. The cleanliness of rooms and common areas reflected a commitment to maintaining a healthy environment. The staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, making efforts to meet guest needs. In conclusion, my stay was enjoyable, and i appreciate the attention to safety and hygiene.

I had a wonderful stay there. The staff were excellent in providing all the necessary services. The location was too close to the airport. It was just opposite the police station. Hope to visit there soon again.
