1. very very bad behavior of staff, didn't allowed check in before 10 minutes. 2. And at the time of check out they throw our language form the room at sharply 11:00 AM. 3. Very much Dirty bedsheet. 4. No food and tea facility and there is no any tea shop nearby. 5. washroom is very dirty. 6. Water heater not works. 7. Room not cleaned properly. 8. There is no support/help after 8:00 PM to morning 7:00 AM

Mr. Saini, Let’s be very clear about the facts. You arrived “six hours”before the official check-in time (12 PM), which is clearly mentioned on your booking confirmation. At that time, no rooms of Non AC were vacant . Once your room was ready, you were given a smooth and proper check-in with all the listed facilities provided. Despite that, you chose to post this misleading review — simply because we couldn’t allow an early check-in “six hours” before the scheduled time, which no property is obliged to do. Also, if you truly found the rooms “dirty” and the staff “disrespectful,” then why did you extend your stay for another day with us? You could have easily checked out after your first night as per booking , yet, you decided to extend your stay for 1 more day. We received another booking in the name of Deepika Saini ( your wife) for the second day. That itself proves that your review is not based on facts but on “personal frustration and false accusations”. Hopefully, next time when you book a property online, you read the policies first - and follow them too. Thank you!😇

A nice, cosy and comfortable property. Rishal Niwas was a very safe and warm place. The property owner and staff are very cooperative and friendly. As we had gone with our car, we really would like to appreciate the safe and spacious car parking facility at the property. Highly Recommend...!

Its just for the namesake of homestay.. Kitchen facilities not available in all the rooms... Misleading name as Homestay.. Its actually a hotel and not homestay

Mr. Dhruba, before putting up such a misleading review, it would have been better if you had checked your booking details properly. The room you booked clearly mentioned that it does not include kitchen facilities. At Rishal Niwas Homestay, we have both types of rooms - some with kitchens and some without. Kitchen space is not a common area, and this information is transparently listed on every booking platform. So, if you booked a non-kitchen room after reading the details, it cannot be termed as “misleading” from our side. Kindly verify the facts before posting such incorrect reviews in the future. I stayed there for one night. Room was comfortable, spacious and very clean.Next to the river. But the thing that really did stand out was the staff that worked there. They were absolutely helpful and sincere. Host even allowed an extra hour before check in as I was still waiting for the confirmation from next booking and cab. I definitely recommend the place. Had a little bit trouble finding the cab but I think that’s part and parcel of traveling. Also staff was ready to help in fact I didn’t find the cab so 10 point for that.
