Review Of Hotel Green Forest

Hotel location is 6 km dislocated from google location. Hotel staff doesn’t inform prior. No proper check in and check out formality. No reception no guidance for any query. Its just a shelter with no service.

One cannot find its location on google map and there phone number is also switched off and location takes us on different place all to say is worst experience

There were no basic amenities like water bottle, towel, etc. Were available. Would not recommend to anyone

Hygiene was bad. The bed mattress and pillow cover was dirty. The pillow was very hard. The room service was terrible.

Location on mm t app was incorrect and we spent more than 30min to reach to the hotel. Room service was pathetic and they did not have any meal options available with them so we had to go to the city center. Below cons with the hotel 1. There was no additional towel provided to us. 2. Only one blanket provided. 3. No complimentary water provided by hotel and was chargeable. 4. Hotel staff was not responsive to our queries and did not show any interest to attend our doubts. 5. Hotel price was over charged according to the room option provided
