Room was not cleaned even bathroom was pathetic than the common Indian public toilet. Bathroom was overflowing with water. Room was not cleaned and bed and towels also not washed properly

Service not good, room bathroom are not clean towels not provided very low service

No Hot water, AC controller by owner, AC off , No mirror, no Towels, no intercom facility, TV not working,

Very wast conditions of every room, Toilet cleaning is not properly, AC is not working, room Walls are broken. Bed sheet & pillow cover is very dirty. Myself & our family members was not stay over there.

Very poor condition of the hotel room. No service available at room. Even glass to drink water in the room is not available. Switch of the air conditioner is at reception which goes off at 5. 00 a. M. Blanket was too dirty.

Over rating hotel dirty room and bedsheet are also dirty. Dirty toilet &towel moisture in room floor

Very comfortable and not so costly. The staff's behaviour was also so good. This place is near the bus stand and railway station so all transport facilities are available. It was a really comfortable journey. Thanks team.

The location is superb. Very close to bus stand and railway station. But everything else is bad. Bedsheets and towels had holes and were torn. No water bottles provided. I had to ask for towel and soap to get. Geyser control is with the staff. No lifts. Every-time you take a bath, water comes into your room as the separation is very low. Area isn't very hygienic as well. Cow dungs lying in front and flies everywhere. Tv is not working properly. Mostly punjabi or haryana i channels are there. The regulator of fan isn't there as well. Either you go for full speed or almost stop. There is no middle ground. However, the staff is good and well-mannered. Personally i don't like anyone keeping a copy of my id with all the identity theft going on now, but that's a problem with all hotels now i guess. I am not against showing id but giving a copy is like giving your data directly.

The building itself is not constructed fully. The walls are all broken within the building when you climb up the stairs. The rooms are extremely small. Inside, the handwash is right next to the commode in the bathroom, which is weird. Staff was friendly though.

The staff at the reception was rude in talking. The room was just okay. The receptionist could've handled the situation calmly but he was demanding money for extra person in the same double bed room

Everything was good but due to near to highway and ambala bust stand and railway in 30-40mtr radius its very noisy and not so peaceful even rooms are not so soundproof

Staff is not good here. I booked room with extra bed. But they gave me extra mattress. Mattress and blankets dirty and bad smelly. Toilet not clean. They refused to gave us pillow. They said hotel is full. This is not good thing. Never add these type of hotels in make my trip app. Bad experience here. Please try to refund customers for these type of bad experience. They are asking 100 rupees extra for bathing towel. What to do now?
