nice hospitality we get well things all and good at any reception I say I find best

No window in the room, poor condition toilet & the room is too small. Stair is too steep.

location is good to reach ambala cant station. room is very small. clean but not well maintained , suitable to arrive on train not for tour and other purpose.

There is no cleaning in the hotel, the fan doesn't work, even there is no water in the bathroom, there is no housekeeping in the room, I have never seen such a rubbish hotel in my life, totally waste of money, please don't stay in this hotel even for an hour

The location is good but the hotel need to be kept clean the bathroom and rooms where not up to the mark. The staff was very nice helped me in every way

a very bad experience .....hotel was very dirty , smells, very unhygienic....please look into this matter and never include this type of hotels

Room was not properly cleaned and the linen was smelly. Also they turned off the air conditioner in the morning from outside.

very bad , because towel is dirty , bathroom flush not working and walls are dirty , tv not working

The location was o. K. Room and other facilities were average. No arrangement for hot water was working. Totally it was at average.

I stayed for one night in hotel prem on a business trip. I was dismayed. The ambience was poor and unhygienic, the blanket was dirty and stinking. No jet or tap was available at wc. Though the receptionist was polite and the geyser was operated on demand. No food no tea available. Not a pleasant experience.

Control of ac in our room was with the reception. They kept the ac off and said there is no electricity. But we found out that he was deliberately keeping the ac off and was lying to us. We had to literally suffocate in a tiny room with no windows or ventilation.

Hotel staff very rood bheviour and no room clean no water bottle. No tv working.

You can just imagine that I left the hotel with in 30 minutes of check in, it was worst to worst hotel of my life, the bed sheets, blankets, the pillows and the room was very badly smelling. On even asking to change, was not able to change, my total money has wasted.

Near to main Road, staff is very cooperative, and room interior is also good

Difficult to locate Hotel, the manager called and shared the number for guidance, which was good
