Review Of Hotel Swagat

Near to market available all facilities at walking distance and services was good food was also nice and cleanliness is also up to mark, nice to stay here but T. V. And Dish was a problematic here. Bz all Chanels are not showing properly also hot water not available 24 hrs, it's available when you call for hot water in bathroom, overall a good experience but according to per day charges they should improve.

Room booked in swagat, but was transferred to their other hotel sukh sagar, and even not happy the way MMT has offered the prices to us, and I am not sure whether the room given to me was deluxe or Semi deluxe. Hotel bathrooms is in bad condition so is the room it was stinking and even the floor was dirty, I was shocked to know, that they were not even aware of my online booking.

Very bad services, misbehaving, not good condition, AC not proper working, mosquito in room, lond distance from Ambala cantt, in market very noise, very bad experience to stay this hotel I would not reffer to anyone to stay this hotel

Overall best place for stay and very convenient from bus station and railway station. Location is good mid of city. Some improvements required. But it is a value of money. I have totally satisfied from this hotel.

Worst hotel to stay although location is very good, which is middle of main market. But services are very poor ever-time I have to come-out of the room and shout to call room boy because of no telephone extension line.

It was a relaxed stay over there nice room service cleanliness is good bathroom are not up to marks up overall it's nice stay over there, I can say that it's value for money you can't feel any type of uncomfortable over there.

Hotel Swagat is very good location situated. First of all room cleanliness are very good but service are some below point are in average. Hotel staff is very good and honestly person. I think in future go to Ambala first choice swagat hotel but requested hotel staff.

Very poor facility. Not preferred. Manager did not provide MMT kit. AC was not functional. Despite request no corrective action was taken. Rooms were not hygienic. Manager was not supportive. This was really disappointing. I would not recommend to stay in swagat hotel.

Hotel area is good. Hotel situation in main market Room is very clean and service is good. Room bathroom is also clean. Staff is cooperative and food quality is good with good service. Room is value for money.

Pathetic rooms. Do not visit this hotel. Bed bugs, rotten rooms due to which we had to rent rooms in other hotels. We faced great embarrassment from our guests. Please do not book this hotel. Pathetic is the only word for this hotel.

Swagat hotel located in sadar bazar Ambala. It is suitable to main road and near the bus stop. The service of the hotel so good and staff was very experienced. The food was so tasty. Hotel swagat is also in budget of common man and it provides good facility.

Swagat hotel where I am always staying here because the hotel is located in the market place. Good parking around the hotel. And restaurant of hotel is very much famous in Ambala cantt. Overall my view is good for the hotel.

I was confused because hotel location showing me Chandigarh on Google and Makemytrip send me Ambala address. Request you to makemytrip and hotelier please do the needful. Because people become confused.

The hotel was not clean and the bathroom doors were not closing AC was ineffective. Overall, a disappointment. Based on the previous reviews I was expecting it to be a decent hotel. I will not suggest this hotel for others and there may be better hotels at this tariff in Ambala.

Easily approachable from station and bus stand. Safe parking, warm welcome by experienced same staff, working here from last twenty years. Facilities not extraordinary but adjustable to make you feel homely. 100% true synonym to homely stay.
