Terrible Stay
I booked a Deluxe Room at Hotel Royal Palace near Kalka Chowk, Ambala However, the room provided was completely different from what was mentioned According to the listing, the room was supposed to include: TV, geyser, air conditioning, toiletries, mineral water, slippers, dental kit, 24-hour in-room service, and other amenities. But in reality, the room had none of these — only one small soap and towel were given. The bathroom was choked, AC was not working, and bad smell was coming from the room.
