Good service and nice Hotel

Very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best experience.

Everything was upto expectation except the Hotel receptionist could be more gentle to communicate with.

We were 3 families who has booked 3 super deluxe rooms, The rooms were not at all up to the mark in terms of maintenance (musty smell in the rooms, ceiling of 1 of the bathroom was leaking. Bedsheet had to be changed as it was not properly cleaned.) The saving grace was the service of the hotel staff who were helpful and accommodating and did their level best to make our stay good. Breakfast was good and the food was tasty.

My stay in hotel was pathetic, rooms were dirty with of dampness smell and mosquitoes, washrooms was stinking, I will never stay in this hotel again, food (breakfast) was OK.

Please refund the amount and I have already replied you guys by a query . Please initiate a action asap. Torn blankets . Torn towels . Shabby rooms . Thats what make my trip gives now . And sry I have got better standards . Refund

Stay is okay and normally everything is okay but renovation is going on so I can recommend singles for stay and food quality is okay so I can plan again to visit Ambala. Stay at hotel solitaire sure so thankful to hotel

The rooms size is perfect as per the images and it is well equipped . The television was not working but the hotel fixed it . There is no restaurant in the hotel but they provide food from outside . Menu is less but the order was served in short time. Food was good nothing spicy almost home like . On check out time paymeny through card was denied, but paytm is available . Overall good stay for short time.

Its good value for money, hotel rooms are big but rest all facility is OK OK, also the interiors are old but are getting renovated soon it seems. Location is excellent and in the market with lot of food joints around **

Bad feeling about bad air conditioner and location is out side about the front of your hotel road is very bad. Is was very bad experience. And about room is little dirty. Mostly bathroom. And also AC. Becose we change three time my room for AC.

The hotel didn't allow me to enter with my girlfriend. This was the main problem. The staff was good. But the cleanliness in hotel was not up to expectations. The value for money is not efficient. Its cost is very high according to its prices. Its price is very high but services according to price are not good.

My first stay at Solitaire Hotel was very comfortable. I didn't expect the hotel to be such nice in a small city like Ambala. The hotel is conveniently located at the center of the city. The room was clean and the toilet was very clean which is the most essential requirement for me. The staff was well mannered and nice to guests. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the nearby restaurants at walking distance doesn't bother you about it. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Rooms are very poor mostly toilets are inadequate to go. There was no cover on water drainge in toilet. When asked to change the room as usual replied no room available. Toilets are of no use and please don't receded anyone else. Room no 208 please check out personally
