Review Of Sona Pristine Hotel & Resort

I asked for early check-in or late checkout , hotel denied by saying they will charge whole days’s charge even if I want 3 hours extension or early check in. This is very bad

it was a really good experience as far as customer dealing, Cleanness and infrastructure however they have limited options for food

Food is so costly but staying is comfortable

This hotel is not good. This hotel is very dirty and its service is also very bad and the staff here is very dirty. The room has a very dirty smell and there are a lot of mosquitoes and the breakfast is also not proper. This is such a dirty hotel here. I have never seen this gandhi hotel anywhere in my life. I am not at all happy with your service.

Hotel maintenance is very poor and no hot water, rooms are slippery. There is no room service, intercom not working, everything to approach desk

Room was quite good not very decent as compared from the prices. I enjoyed here the food was great service within a actual time. Overall great for the family stay

We booked a room one day before we visited there, the location of hotel was very good and the way they have maintained the outside restaurant is impeccable. Interior is very beautiful. One thing which I did not like is the bed-sheets they used in the room. It was not clean and had stains on it. They should work on cleanliness of room.
