Hotel Superfine

Dirty bedsheet, one single bed blanket was provided, TV was unserviceable, room service was terrible, hot water was not provided, cemented platform with mattress was provided as bed. No one was available at the reception in the morning while check out. I tried to wakeup the guy sleeping at the reception for 10 min but he didn't get up.

Hotel is very good and staf also very nice overall very good experience ☺️👍 and also recommend for future

This hotel owner change my hotel to another on the spot saying that there is no parking. Worst hotel and hospitality. Worst experience.

Rooms were small but cleaned properly. Washroom was also cleaned properly. Also staff is very supportive. It's on walking distance from ambala cantt. Bus stand & ambala cantt. Railway station.

The property is well cleaned, staff is friendlyرroom service is excellent

Room not clean as per shown at the time of booking. Room is soo small not facility of room service washroom dirty

Room was not well furnished and staff was not concern about the guest. Staff was watching movies and talked on whatsapp with out earphone just in front of the room at night

When i reach the location, hotel management already allocated my room to other customer, and first told me that due to some examination rooms are full. After hustling for a while they allocated me to servant small cabin which was unhygienic, dirty and infested by bugs and blanket offered to me have fowl smell, i couldn't able tp sleep whole night properly. Next day for bath i had to go two storeys down to get bath because of hot water. For future if this is the way they going to treat online book customer i would rather pay on the spot at-least have chance to get deserving services.

Room was like a small bathroom, flush not working, geyser not working, no housekeeping only a roof was there,

Rooms was ok bathroom tap was leaking and told staff to repair the issue but no body came to check

We are stay in Superfine there is feeling of peaceful environment where all tiredness was abolished.
