Water is always problem in this property. This time no water and I had to wait for more than 2 hrs to get the water. Most of the times hot water issue in this property. Fan also not working.

Pathetic place for business travellers
pathetic!! only unmarried couples were around. not at all good for a business traveller. Dirty room, no basic amenities available

We booked this hotel since we saw the 3 star rating but the hotel didn’t fill up the standards of a 3 star hotel so that was really disappointing.

Average hotel, not a three star hote
Average hotel, bathroom had bad smell, you are not able to control a/c temperature or even switch off. Towel and bed spread was not clean. We stayed three days and never had room service.

Good stay, good ambience, need clean bed linen and upgraded mattresses as the linen and mattresses are worn out.

familyAverage, towels were provided only on asking. Toothbrush and paste were not provided. Only soap was provided. No other items were provided. The lift was not working and was not in spite of asking. In the bathroom the flow of water was not proper and was getting stagnant. Some party in the property was going on till early morning and noise affected the sleep. Overall the stay experience was not good. Hence average experience and service have to improve and also be polite.
