ROOM WAS TOO SMAAL NO TOILETRIES NO SHOWER EVEN NO WATER THEY PROVIDE NORMAL TANK WATER IN A JUG BED SHEET ALDO USED WHEN I SAY TO CHANGE IT HE CHANGE WITH A BAD LOOK

Hotel room was good but staff were not properly responding. Hotel is also under renovation. Room was not cleaned properly. Overall it’s an Average Hotel.

Not a good place to stay family especially with kids. No proper rest rooms no cleaning nothing. Especially don’t order the food they bring it from road side

The rooms are spacious but average. The rent should be in the range of 800-900 for a Non AC room category.

Not recommended, In my trip there is no option for check in time, I reached Renigunta at 07:45am as per the schedule time of the train, On reaching the hotel, the local receptionist was not ready to give the room saying the check in time is 12:00pm and before entrance you need to pay 500/- extra. After a lot of negotiations I had to pay 300, Very poor management side as well as by the hotel. Ground floor some construction going on. Very small rooms not worthy

Good ambience and clean rooms. Way of receiving and response is ultimate. Nice place to stay.

we reched in hotel at night 12 am and dont have car parking place and google locatin also showing other lodge name and small roads are there and rooms are not cleaned and get bad smell and cockroach is there totally bad experience place to my family

The rooms were nice, place was as-lo nice but i didn't liked the customer service, the hotel is all about self service.
