There was a very bad smell in the room.The behaviour of the staff was also not good.Nothing of any kind was okay in the hotel.

The property was dim lit and the bedding and washroom was not clean. Seemed unhygienic

location is good & safe. But food is most expensive.. Amenities & service is good. I do always recommend for tourists.

Located inHazrat ganj. Safe,easily approachable. Good spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Lots of eating joints nearby.

Clean less room. old and damage fittings and bathroom. behavier not good. slleping meterials are not cleaned. all are in very poor condition

room was very stinky. toilet was as well. no hygiene walls had gutka stains wc was not cleaned. wehn I entered my room has to take out the quilt by myself from the cupboard and its cover was dirty had big stains(as it was not washed). few hairs were there on the bed. suprisingly no water bottle provided without charge. as was making noise whole night. it was over all a bad experience. 0 value for money

Let me start with positives. The Gomti hotel is situated in a very prime locality. The room containing 3 beds were quite spacious. washroom/Bathroom was also big & decent enough. The attendants were prompt & courteous. Now for the other side of my review. The main door & washroom door are totally rudimentary & outdated. They need urgent replacement. Though we didn't have much at their restaurant, the small quantity we had were exorbitant. Hotel of this Stature should provide atleast OTT channels in the room. There were hardly anything interesting on TV. The manager in the morning while we were checking out & asked us a very embarrassing question by asking us to show the bill of Bread butter that we had & for which, i had paid through my credit card. Though i told him to check his entry , he was insisting on me showing a proof . Then i had to show him my debit message to that sickening guy , but not before giving a piece of my mind. But i don't think it had any effect on the thick skinned guy. My request is to please be careful while referring this hotel till the above short comings are not taken care of. Thanks

Most horrible place. Bad maintenance. Dirty and dingy rooms. Breakfast starts at 8:30. Till then No food. Don't stay there.

Disgusted by the services, behaviour of the staff especially one of the receptionists.. very unprofessional attitude towards guests.. foul odour in rooms, and poor condition of toilets.. they provide tea coffee sachets only once in day and that too only one per head..and housekeeping guy kept arguing with us about this.. poor quality of service.. the only good thing was the breakfast..but that too i was charged for two guests despite booking 2 rooms for triple occupancy

Overall great experience, clean, helpful and quick service in a prime location. Will recommend everyone to go for Hotel Gomti, Hazratganj, Lucknow

I had seeked a invoice with gst details dis not got either from hotel or mmt. I have privided the details of gst while bookinh through mmt.

Property was good and location was near by many places. You can get food near by hotel but cleanliness was poor in the room. Spider web were in the room but no one was bother to clean it.

Poor services. Still in old age ; doors with key locks. Gives an unsafe feel as doorframe was damaged at latch looking point. Washroom door ply peeled off. Zero competition to other hotels in vicinity. Basic toiletry like comb razor toothpaste toothbrush not provided. No mineral water bottle provided. With all these negative experiences the pricing not not less value for money zero
