In this hotel Gyser not available, a lot of mosquitos found and restaurants charges are high.

Many small improvement the hotel needs as in washroom cleaning, shower not working, TV not recharged as check in the room and only selected old channel are available to view in this era. Poor experience. Very high charge for the eatable from the hotel restaurant.

well maintained good staff food was very nice property on the Road near the market and tajmahal . amenities are wheels chairs for old peesosn

Every thing is good cleaning is good property location area good food is costly for a normal person

Very bad condition of rooms and bathroom. Even basic amenities was there like water. Room 's phone was also not working

Buffet system is not good . Did not gave the room on time . We travel for 13 hours and wait for 2 hours for room . Manager was Ruad to us

Worst property ever stayed. Stayed in room no. 308, stinking room, damped walls, broken handles, no latch for washroom, lift not working, no toiletries, limited option in breakfast that too tasteless. shouldn’t be recommending this property.

Bathroom water jam. Room heater provided but not working. Water not available in late evening also.

Property was not so good condition. Paint was not very well maintained. Bathroom was not well maintained. Bad experience to stay in hotel ganga ram.

The property is well-located, and the room is decent. However, the bed sheets are not clean, and the washroom is below standard. The cleanliness is poor, with the washroom being dirty, outdated, and unsuitable for use. Breakfast is also ok only.

Please do not promote this property on mmt the worst property staff is very rude, average hygiene, rooms are not good not gonna come here ever.

Room was terrible no towel no shop no sleepers phone not working wifi no working the washroom was completely unhygienic no space for bath waste of the month its worth 500 room and charged 2300 per night. I don't want any discount further. Thanks

Average stay, mosquitoes in room, they did provide all out on complaining, wi-fi service is very bad, it hardly worked. The room was okay and clean. The location is good. Major places nearby.

The rooms were alright, but there was only one charging port which was a bit of a problem. Room service was good and on point. The bathroom was the main issue, not designed properly and very bad water flow. Also, there is central water heater. So, you can’t decide when you want warm water or not.

I know the property because i am always going to agra for tour so hotel is good and stuff are very nice

Very nice and affordable property closer to tajmahal, good and friendly staff made my stay very comfortable. The food was very good too. Overall it was a very wonderful experience, would definitely book this hotel in my future trips to agra.
