over expensive, non hygienic, rooms are too small. bathroom are dirty. Drinking water not provide. Towel are dirty over all pathetic hotel.

Dont ever think of going here, the room stinks and the staff dont care at all!

very unclean . no room service restaurant is closed. they took booking with breakfast and nothing was provided not even tea. I paid for roadside tea. dirty dishes left on the floor for 2 days unwashed . people on reception bad attitude.

The room was so expensive as per the tariff. The maintenance of the room was poor, the bedsheet and towel were dirty and the shower was not working even though I complained but no action was taken. very bad experience.

Hotel is just okay, not very clean! rooms are moldy and very noisy! bathroom didnt had toilet paper and they provided only 1 litre water bottle for 2 people

This hotel is located near to kashivishwanath mandir and ghats. Hotel staff is good and managers are supportive and friendly. Value for money for them who will comes to attend kashivishwanath mandir.

Main thing very near to the main temple and ghat and all eatables. Room is ok, there was no problem of mosquitoes. Hot water was available. Since it's a heavily busy area and it's market place as well- too noisy.

This hotel is spoiling the fame of renowned chain hotel four seasons. Even the super delux rooms which are meant for family are so small that only two people can hardly manage

We can find mouse in dinning area, and we can felt the heavy damp smell in lobby, room and dinning area. Need to improve the overall environment.

Quality of service provided during my stay was not good; basic hospitality etiquette is missing in staffs. They seriously need training on hospitality. Rooms need lot of maintainance. The price charged doesn’t match with the service and stay provided at the hotel.

This is a good hotel for a stay focused on the visit to the temples. We walked to the vishwanath temple, kaal bhairav temple and to the ganga aarti in dashashwameda ghat. We did not dine here, but there are lots of local establishments for food. The room was clean & spacious. Bathroom was functional with hot water geyser in the room itself. While the hotel is not nosiy, the enviornment around it is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper, you will not get good sleep. The hotel staff was courteous, nice and helpful.

Location is in a congested area not accessible by car easily. Rooms are okay. Service levels are good. However the location is near sightseeing places.

Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. They don’t hesitate to help anytime they also arranged vehicles

The room was very small. Could not accommodate 3 person as booked. The service provided was very bad. I had to make at least 6 phone calls and 4 personal visits to reception to start the tv. We had to wait for 2 hours to get food at 10:30 pm. The food quality was not good. Only good thing was the location of hotel was 200 mt from ghat.
