Not deserve to be called a hotel
Lacked basic amenities: Dinner took more than 2 hours, no in house kitchen- it was heavily training so even not a cup of tea. Power cut at mid night for a hour. No ventilation in rooms. Bathroom fitting felt like a wwe platform

Dear Sir, At that time, there was very heavy rainfall, and despite the difficult weather conditions, our staff went out of their way—getting drenched in the rain—to arrange your dinner so that you could be comfortable. You also saw our team serving you while completely soaked. Regarding the power cut, it occurred due to a transformer blast caused by a short circuit. Our generator was running continuously for about 8 hours, but once the diesel ran out, there was a brief interruption until we could arrange a refill. We sincerely tried our best to provide you with good service, but the extreme weather made the situation challenging and caused some unavoidable delays. Cons- 1. AC maintainance was not done earlier. Once complain they came and clean the filter of AC. 2. They over charge for water, 12rs of water bottle they charge 20rs. When asking for bill. They used to say there is no bill for water. What an illiteracy. 3. Even after taking premium room, it was not giving premium feel. Pros - 1. They have tie-up with good restaurant for food. 2. They will provide plates/bowls. 3. Staff were cooperative. 4. This is at good location, it's 1 km from godowliya chowk.

I recently stayed at Kashvi Hotel. The best part about this hotel is its location – it is very close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the ghats, and many famous places in Varanasi. From that perspective, it is convenient if you want to explore the city. However, the overall experience was not up to the mark considering the price. • The staff service was average, not very attentive or warm. • The hotel does not have an in-house kitchen. The food shown on the menu is brought from outside restaurants, so even for tea or coffee, they fetch it from elsewhere. • The room was decent and comfortable, but the stay felt a bit costly compared to the facilities and services provided. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay if your priority is location. Just don’t expect too much from the hotel itself. Also, keep in mind that in Varanasi, vehicles will drop you only up to a certain point – so be prepared to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel or nearby attractions.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kashvi hotel! From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and efficiency. Yogesh was of immense help throughout — attentive, polite, and always making sure things were perfectly arranged. Yogesh even organized a late-night pickup for me, and I didn’t have to follow up or wait at all — everything was ready right on time, which gave me such peace of mind. They also arranged a city tour that was an excellent way to move around and explore. The location is perfect — close to all the nice places yet much quieter compared to other hotels in the area. Rickshaws are available right at the entrance, so getting around is very convenient. The staff here really work hard, always putting things together and being there whenever you need them. A special mention to Anmol, who was so humble and helpful with everything. Their dedication and warmth made my stay feel effortless. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city — you’ll be well taken care of!

Location is very good, facilities are good, restaurant service should start at least by 8 am as being a tourist place. Guests generally leaving to tour the place at early hours

Stay in the hotel was very comfy very supportive staff . Location is very good because you will find all famous eatry joints nearby and mostly the Kashi Viswanath mandir is at walking distance.

Excellent stay and very clean and rooms are very clean and food is very good hygienic and very near to kasi vishwanatha temple. I suggest to visit this place for stay whenever you visit Banaras

The room atmosphere is good and close to vishwanath temple but scented room smells like ordinary room, and water is smelly, heater is controlled by room boy switch not inside the room.
