poor cost conscious staff, not good for family
Poor bed , bed sheet, bath items dirty and worst bath room sprinkler. Breakfast not worth for money, not flexible to extended stay just to keep bags, they forced me to pay 1500 extra for late checkout 5pm instead of 11am while we kept only luggage

Poor Stay
The TV remote was without batteries. Response time to send for making it work was too slow. Room flooring was dirty. They do not have an ironing board.

Over priced, they are offering very less for rooms in front of us to other guest, which feels very uncomfortable

Poor hygiene and uncooperative staff
Staff was very uncooperative,improper behaviour, very poor room service, washroom is very unhygienic, blanket and bedsheet very smelly, basic services were provided after repeated asking. Very congested room, no space to keep luggage. We got even towel after asking for multiple times. I need to go to reception for each and every services . I booked room for 3 but hotel has capacity of max 2 people . There was space left 1 extra matress. Room fridge was not working, even very smelly 😖

Excellent Stay
groupThroughout my life, i have stayed in many hotels, some of which had a higher star rating. But, the uniqueness of this hotel was in perceptible right from the reception desk. The staff were extremely polite and well trained and were always eager to help the guests. The housekeeping was excellent. But, it was the in-house restaurant which scored much above all. I am a senior citizen, with heavy restrictions on what i can eat at what time i should eat. The restaurant catered to my every need with customized food, even to the extent of preparing also chokha, bargain bharat, very low oil, no spice dishes and very particular about my food timings. I wish to thank the management and all the staff members, including the staff at the entrance, for their impeccable service and flawless attitude. If i visit varanasi again, i will stay only at this hotel. Location wise also, the hotel is at a very advantageous location. If you are visiting varanasi, please consider staying in this hotel. I stayed from 27th july 2024 midnight till 3rd august 2024 noon.

Excellent staff and nice rooms. Food was good. Location is good and near to the ghat, market and has many good eating joints.

The rooms were good enough. The cleaning staff and reception staff were helpful and courteous. The food was horrendous and the restaurant/room service staff had zero idea about the menu and the preparations. Promised loads, delivered average.

"I’m sorry for the delay. I have a small kitchen and nothing is prepared in advance. We only start cooking once a guest places an order, which can sometimes take a little extra time. However, we always serve completely fresh food to our guests."

No partial cancellation for advance booking
I booked the hotel from 6 to 9 oct 23 and checked out on 7th due to emergency and they didn't refund the money for last two days

When you book a room through any online travel agency and want to amend or cancel your booking to get a refund directly from us, unfortunately, we are unable to provide cash refunds. This is because most payments for your stay are received by the hotel from the online travel agency only after your stay is completed. Therefore, you need to contact the online travel agency from which you made the booking. They are the ones who can amend your booking or process any refund
Poor housekeeping
No intercom was working after asking min 10 time we got towel to get water we have approached every time reception by going there and even after that not getting on time no wifi password provided
