Hotel is very near ro rhe station and market places are near by. Food i did not try, so, can't comment. Hotel property is good and rooms are value for tge money. Service can be improved to increase tge overall experience. Overall it was great deal for tge money i paid!

No customer satisfaction at all, after my so many follow ups with hotel personnel, i was forced to wait for the room, even not a single bottle of water was given, after so many reminders the hotel personnel came with a bottle of water rang the door bell and asking give me twenty rupees before handing over water bottle to me. So called manager devender and others need to learn customer friendly skills, i would never recommend anyone to visit and stay at fortune kankarbagh patna.

Hotel rooms were clean and staff were supportive too. It's on prime location so easy to find out.

Location is good, all amenities promised were there, staff was courteous. Will stay there next time when i would need to visit that area.

Dustbin was very dirty, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no restaurant in the hotel and no food service in the room. Rest all was good. The location is good near rajendranagar terminal.

I stayed in fortune hotel on 8th february 2023. Booked through makemytrip. For me and my son. 1. Easy booking process through makemytrip. 2. I got a pleasant call from subash of fortune hotel a day prior, to confirm my stay and to find out my time of arrival. 3. Room was big, well maintained and clean. 4. They provided : 2 blankets, room heater, water geyser, a/c, hot kettle, table, 2 deluxe executive chairs, 2 towels, liquid hand soap, liquid shampoo, 5. Ro water was there near the reception. 6. Lift was there. 7. The reception staff and the helper boy were very polite and friendly. 8. Bathroom was very clean. All systems working. No leaks in taps. If at all there was one negative point, it was that there were few mosquitoes inside. I killed them with my hand. Then all was ok. There was a 40 inch led tv and tatasky dth. But they had not recharged tatasky. ) overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Hygiene was bad, they changed the bed covers after giving us the room.

Staff were very polite ans cooperative. Fine & comfortable.

My guest went there only for 1 day but he likes this hotel. This is clean in comparison of other hotel in patna city. So we extend our stay for other 4 days.

The hotel staff had good behaviour, toiletry was very good. Room was spacious, neat and clean. A/c was proper functioning. All bed liners was neat. Hotel was at good location.

Positives - big room, big bed, courteous staff, walking distance from rajendra nagar railway station, prime location negatives- lift wasn't working (temporary issue) and no restaurant in hotel (but several options nearby) nice stay, value for money, would book this again
