The hotel was good but its very inside market so not getting much food options to eat near hotel need to walk more than 1 km to find dhabha or restaurant to eat food

The room was not satisfactory according to the money paid. It was too small and congested, the almirah and tv were not working and there was no remote for ac to increase or decrease the temperature.overall the hotel room was not worth the price.

Ill tolerant behaviour of the person sitting at the reception. He was behaving very rudely. He asked us to leave the hotel as we were busy somewhere and got late for checking and we checked there at 3 am in the morning.. so he said I can't do anything we don't have rooms available. Secondly i met with an accident the same day, so i asked my friends to drop me at the hotel as my car was wrecked at 3 am in the morning, i just asked him they needed to use the common washroom, he started abusing us that.. ek toh is time aaye ho and washroom bhi use krna hai tumhe. The bed was dirty and the spring was popping out of the bed, i don't recommend you to go and stay there.

Rooms are not cleaned, sheets were dirty, the hotel didn't even offer a water bottle, the geyser didn't work either. The hotel room was not cleaned, geyser was not working, the sheets were dirty and there was barely any privacy

It was a nice experience staying there.. restaurant food is average.. there is a lot of places nearby where you can pay a visit..

I really liked this hotel, and I found the cleanliness to be very good. However, the food is very expensive for the price. They should increase the quantity of the food a bit. The blankets could also be a little better. Everything else was fine.

Nice stay clean rooms and great service. We asked for early check in and they denied. But that was our mistake and they co operate with us.

The rooms and the atmosphere wasn’t feeling as pleasant as it looked in the photos. The rooms could have been more clean.

Staff is very good. Utensils were old need change. Overall experience was good. Blanket needs regular washing.

As my own experience everything was perfect, cleaned room, excellent service, you can prefer this hotel without any hesitation.

Property is old, price is high, and extension if stay also is not provided by hotel even after request. Even for 9 hrs they are charging 1500 extra which is not fair

A very bad experience i face in hotel ambassy. Lots of mosquito was there. I can't sleep well yesterday. Same on you makemytrip
