While booking you mentioned that breakfast was included but at the hotel they informed only limited options for breakfast (only 2 food allowed ). You have to clearly mention the menu. The interior of the room is very old, and the furniture is also old. Many scope of improvements.

Room is good... those who are planning to attend any seminar or exam in IIT dharwad or agricultural University...this is situated in a right place.... food also good.... I have faced water leakage in flush tank of toilet. that is the only drawback

Terrible Stay
Water from ac was leaking bigtime asked them for iron box they gave the one which was satined inturn my shirt went for a toss staff isn't that helpful.

Poor Stay
The room was good but had some issues.. the 1st room bathroom door had issues so was given another room but the another room had water issues which was reported multiple times but was not sorted. food is good though.
