A. 9 Phone calls were not answered when we tried to take help to reach the location. B. The room was not kept clean and Hygeine, Towels in bathroom were stinking, C. No services given such as when requested for laundry bags, Pen and paper, D. Electric Kettle was not cleaned E. Often power failure in every 20 - 30 minutes and long gap to resume it. Overall it is very bad, not up to the standards of The Fern.

It was really a disappointing stay…The service is very slow & the cleanliness of the rooms are average & the toilet was really disgusting as there was poop stuck & dried out on the heath faucet…really disappointing & unhealthy & not worth the price

As the booking is done through MMT, the hotel staff gives the not so good room. The room allotted to me was not having glass pane in bathroom. Also the bathroom had rusts all around.

The fern residency in Hubli was on the way to airport and clearly visible with its extinguish outside look; Our stay was quite comfortable & enjoyable; rooms were neat & clean; Hot water shower with toiletries from BIOTIQUE were soothing; the one of the favourite part from the stay was breakfast, quality healthy food to fill our guts; special mention to restaurant interior; staff were kind; but the most favourite part of the stay is MMT discounts..
