Review Of Hotel Mandhar Regency

The property was not clean. Towels were dirty. Locks and curtains were very old and in the worst condition. Hospitality and staff were very only money minded, not helpful at all.

Beautiful place lovely smiling helpful staff clean rooms/ bathrooms fast delicious room service spacious parking what more??? your trip out there is so comforting n ahh one more thing close to the main city too🥂🥂🥂

. Amenities are average. . Hotel does not have lift. . There was no bell boy to carry luggage. My parents had to carry their luggage two floors by themselves. . Food was below par. . No adequate parking facility.

Not worth the money, room sizes are also small, not worth the money, but it's useful to only couples, and room service also good

Terrible stay. Room rent of 2000+tax per day is totally unworth. The bathrooms are so unclean, small room, windows couldn't be closed properly, lot of mosquitoes, no dustbin. Room was smaller than the bathroom. Regretting to book the hotel and paying in advance. There are lot more better hotels for the same/even less rates.

When entered in room it was bit smelly. No shampoo and soap it's basic in every hotel. Overall good for quick stay.

Myself and my wife stayed for a night and stay was very bad. The hotel is very poorly maintained, no wifi, no intercom and no lift. Over all the experience is very disappointing

During the check in, the front desk person did not provide any information about the formalities and rules viz. 24 hours check out during check out, the hotel said, i have to pay additional charges of 1 day's room rent since i was checking out 3 hours late from the time of check in. When countered, the staff said it is the problem with their billing software and that is why i have pay full rent. Secondly, i was dial-ling the reception from my room for more than 15 minutes without any response. Finally the receptionist tells me that their phones are problematic since quite some time. Overall, had a terrible experience

Rooms are not good smells bad not hygiene and too much cost forget about sleeping thr we could barely sit there for 5mins

2 nd floor got problem with hot water. We got bucket of water from server outside room. Entire floor was not having hot water. Otherwise everything is fine. Room was good.

I visited with my fiancee to spend some time freely but at the time of check we felt like embarrassed as they are asking id is like as if we are commenting something illegal activity and they were very rude behaviour with customer no respect to customer, my fiancee coverd with wale due to rain they asked to remove the wale to see her face even after submitting govt id's my question to hotel management is that if you are concerned that much with unmarried couple why you guys tell that couple friendly in guest profile try to learn some respect to customer and coming to rooms they are very old, even super deluxe room is also like ordinary room felt very bad with that experience i never recommend this hotel for couple.

Ac’s not working, foul smell from ac, old shampoo and soap sachets thrown on sink, who ever dint use them looks like next guest finds them on the sink. Room corridor smells of stale food, overall very bad experience, will not opt again to stay

We stayed here on a private trip out of nostalgia, to hang out at the karnataka college. This was within walking distance, in a lovely green area, close enough to major sites like mallikarjuna mansur museum and easy to get an auto. Several small local restaurants nearby. We did not try the hotel food, though there is a restaurant in the hotel. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Hotel is average with basic facilities. Roims are spacious. Food is good. Location is good. Rates are reasonable. Only need better cleaning especially of toilet. They have borewell water which is hard. But probably it is not in their control. Overall ok for a small stay.

Not good to stay as hotel has old infrastructure n bad service. Avoid stay here as tgere are many nice hotel nearby-like karnataka bhawan etc

Food was good with regional cuisine. Even though room is old fashioned they are clean, staff is responsive, good and support. They go extra mile.

Hotel rooms are not well maintained, bathrooms are not clean. I don't recommend it. No, i would like to say please send a feedback to hotel. Feedback is a way to improve services, please take it in a positive way
