At first receptionist denied to give entry stating that they should not have any compulsion that to they agree to give us accommodation and v r not confirmed ur booking and telling so on. Finally v requested that staff to accommodate us since it is odd hours of late night time. At last he accommodated us with two rooms one without lock. The corridors of d property was not clean Der is no sufficient staff for providing service to guests a worst experience of bad stay at d morning v ordered two tea at 8.00 am but v got d tea at 9.00 am that explains how worst d service n staff is .

Bathroom not maintained at all , food average , no water bottle for guests , room ok .

The service is awesome and they maintain hygiene each and every place. Moreover, the hotel staff is very friendly

it's average experience. location is very good. staff is also good but hotel is not maintained it properly. toilets are not cleaned. old infra. you can use only for one night stay but I will not suggest to go with family. issue is only as cleanness.

Rooms are good. But the bathroom is very worst. Taps are very old models. Toilet model is very old style not comfortable to sit

The hotel service was terrible i was served with previous day food for breakfast and the rooms were also bad there was no water supply for fee hours and i was not even provided with basic water bottle also the staffs attitude

Room stay was v nice. 24 hrs hot water and this property located main road which made easy for us to roam and get the things. Only part which needs improvement is there are lot of cockroaches in side the room kindly make some plan to keep it clean.

The room was not good, and makemy trip charged more than the amount they are charging its double the amount. We could have book the suite instead of terrible room, pillow covers are not clean and restroom was ok

Location, staff are good. Food is good. Bedsheets and towels are old. Ample parking is available

Room not cleaned for months, bathroom door broken and no lock, ac does not work, they say bed spread was changed but we see hair on pillow.

1. You can't walk in the room with out slippers, it's like not cleaned for months. 2. On the bed and pillow we found hairs and asked to change, they change it only after a fight. 3. Bathroom door was broken and no lock. 4. Bathroom was so dirty. 5. I look at the photo and rating but the room looked like a 500 rupees lodge. 6. We checked in evening and ac did not work. You give a ac room not working ac and repair will be only in the day time. I just did not book one room it was 5 room and it was the same condition on all rooms. Very disappointed and i have to think 10 time about hotel ratings.

They did not let me check in earlier as i was visiting for an exam from different city. They did not even let me fresh up and use the bathroom

Washroom was blocked and we get get hot water

We would like to give some feedback about the Karnataka Bhavan hotel; it was not worth the money paid -no wifi in rooms, people at the front desk were not friendly but grumpy. There were cockroaches and insects crawling all over the room. They didn’t change the sheets daily and when we first arrived at our rooms there was a stain on one of the beds. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. The walls were very bad. You could hear the people in the room next to you. There was no shower curtain, toilet hands spray was leaking and wet the floor after every use, no bath mats in the bathroom it was very slippery. Positive: They have a restaurant attached and waiters were good at room service. Everytime we called them for any help boys came down to room to deliver what was asked. We would only rate it as 1.5 stars.

Vegetarian food only clean and neat rooms power backup hygienic toilet nice and courteous staff

Dharwad being a small Town, it's a better accommodation in middle of the Town. It has a vegetarian restaurant attached and quality is ok.

Nice hotel, but cost is more.
