The location is good as it is near railway station and transport facilities are available and rooms are well maintained

Everything is unclean. Mosquito problem. Broken door locks, bathroom door and lot of broken stuff. It looks like they wont wash anything like pillow cover, bed cover, bedsheet etc.,

Terrible experience total atmosphere is unhealthy. I just changed the place. So suffocative. Totally disappointed.

The hotel is located in a prime place, the room is spacious and neat. Only issue is bed spread is not clean and not changing frequently.

It was a pleasant surprise for me. Everything seems lovable at hubli. Esp the staff. Out of 10 i would rate them 11. Don't go by gossip or by chat about negativity. I love this hotel all over bengaluru, hyderabad, goa etc. I am looking for my next visit to hubli would definitely stay here.

I was looking for a budget-friendly and decent accommodation for a single person in hubli, and this hotel appeared on mmt. It fit my budget and listed all the necessary amenities, making it seem like a good choice. However, upon arrival, i noticed a few discrepancies. The wi-fi was not as strong as advertised, and there were no towels or soap provided in the room. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer a simple provision for water, which was quite inconvenient. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel can be a suitable option for an overnight stay, especially for business travelers. Its proximity to the railway station (less than 1 km) makes it convenient, and even if you can't find an auto, the short walk to the station is manageable. Overall, it's a reasonable option for a brief stay but could benefit from improvements in service and amenities.

Cost wise too high. Lodge doesn't give facility for extra bed

No parking, un washed blankets no clean rooms they did not provided water also. Coming to towels they are torn and smell coming. They did not provide shampoo and buckets provided are dirty

The bathroom is very unhygienic. Dirty buckets and mugs. All the tiles inside the bathroom are broken. No window for open fresh air. The cupboard is totally dirty. The intercom phone is also not in working condition.

Worst hotel not a value for money

My experience was great with makemytrip but i just had a problem that the total price including everything like mattress etc. Was greater than the prices displayed in hotel. Hence i rate the experience as 4.

Firstly, it is not shakti residency, but shakti lodge. That changes things a lot. Not even drinking water and glasses were provided. No parking available. Had to pay and park in the nearby mall. No geyser/hot water. No kettle. Had a feeling that it was nothing but a shady lodge.

Excellent room, fully cleaned. Best for couples. But come and book directly at hotel, make my trip is charging 200 extra from the original price

I found the location of property by google map and there i did not order any food and all over service was good

Given room has no ac. The cot is noisy and the bed is uneven. The bathroom has unpleasant smell. No soap, towel were given. Tv was not working no recharge made for the set top box. Totally it was a terrible stay. Would never recommend this hotel.
