Hotel Metropolis

We went to the hotel metropolis, but we were not allowed to stay there as per their no unmarried couples policy But they didn't even allowed me to stay alone in the hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to several issues encountered during my stay: • The overall service quality was below expectations. • Basic facilities such as hot water were not available. • The room was poorly maintained, AC and lacked cleanliness. • The food quality and taste were disappointing.

Poor customer service. They are not customer friendly. Found difficult to park the car. Having no concerns about customer.

Metropolis is the one which I always prefer for a stay, the staff is good at what they do, the rooms are well maintained. This time I had booked 3 non ac rooms, which they upgraded to AC which was a nice gesture by the hotel. The best part is their Breakfast, they serve a lot of options including south Indian and north Indian dishes. overall it is a Very Good Hotel.

Location is walkable distance from back side of railway station, room is comfortable, average maintainance, staff is kk, bathroom is clean, rest all is OK to stay for hourly basis.

awesome experience.. loved the place and enjoyed.. whenever I will be in hubli, will stay in this hotel only..

location is good but the rooms dont have necessary ventilation leading to Suffocation.. bathrooms dont have Exhaust fan which is so unscientific.. this is definitely not a Business hotel what it claims to be the price is too high.. &its a lodge but claims to be a hotel.. please dont opt this place... only the complimentary breakfast was worth it.

hotel located in the middle of city where we can go for easy shopping. The food &services are good. This time I occupied AC room, but all ACs needs immediate service as the same are not working properly. Please advice them to under take AC service's.

Cleanliness is an issue in the dining area- very old dirty table tops are there and in the room also I found towel not hygiene.

The food especially the breakfast was excellent, The hotel is in the middle of the Hubli market, The average facility is available at the hotel.

Thank you for the wonderful stay The location was very convenient and easy to access. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I especially enjoyed the food it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend....

The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. The rooftop dining area has a large and beautifully arranged seating space, offering a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy meals. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and had great variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality and ambiance.

Very pleasant stay with polite staff behaviour and better room upgrade by MMT at no extra fees. All facilities are given with superior quality.
