Hotel Metropolis

The check-in process was smooth, and I was even offered an upgrade. However, I couldn't accept it since the upgraded room had a queen bed, while I required a twin bed. The rooms, though a bit old, were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan to improve odor control. A late checkout was offered, but only for one hour—I needed two. For business bookings, MakeMyTrip should consider allowing more flexibility in such cases. The staff was excellent—fluent in both Hindi and English, even non-Kannada speakers may not face difficulties. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service.

Firstly we got our room upgraded to superior room because of gold membership n the rooms were quite spacious and clean. Bathroom was also clean .. there was a dining table also in the room.. I gave 1 star less only because of breakfast.. there was limited menu and also less fruits but pricewise b&b was good.. overall it was a lovely stay.. we became 1/2 an hour late for checkout but still they understood and didn’t charge us for that.. so I would suggest people to choose this Hotel Metropolis as its location is also good for shopping, eating everything 👍

First visit and solo traveller...room was clean with sufficient amenities...worth for the money! Overall experience was good and recommended for solo and family.
