Hotel Room and Everything is Good But The Hotel Management is not happy with Make My Trip App Prices So that They are treating MMT Customers in different Manner Compare Direct Walk in Customer, They Charged 50 Rs Extra For a 1ltr Watwr Bottle and bathroom Soap Which was not in the room. As they said they want to cancel the Agreement With MMT. So Plz MMT need to Sort out these things Otherwise Everything is good Hotel and rooms are very Clean Service is also Good.

Everything was good. The hotel had parking but was slightly difficult to access and a bit small. Location is good if one wants to be in the city centre. Rooms were clean.

I was on a business trip and I needed a clean and comfortable room. Must say, I was happy with my stay. The location is right on the main road with ample Parking in the basement. There are 2 eateries- KFC & Tiffin House right on the ground floor.

There is no room service guy, There is no proper response from hotel admin. Even we called for food purposes,There is no proper response.

Bathroom was not at all clean, no entry card was given to me. Charged 700 for a 2hr early check in. No soaps were kept. AC was not up to mark.
