There is no food available at property. My breakfast booking was such a waste, they get a Poha from street seller and serve in the room. Bedsheet had stains . The most horrible experience as it could be. Staff were good but property is not good at all for normal stay.

We have booked Via Online and mentioned Twin bed option,but when we reach hotel they provided Kind size bed after we inform they changed the room. In the Twin Bed room Bed Sheet,Bed Spread,Pillow Cover,Bathroom and Dustbin are not cleaned after we inform they changed one by one. Morning Breakfast is simply waste they provide only 1 item (Ex.Poha or Idly) with Tea. My please don't book this hotel it's waste of money.

The hotel location is good .. people were nice..they accommodate before schedule time.. breakfast can be improved

Positive : 1. Owner staff & rooms were good. 2. Rooms are spacious. Opportunity : 1. No intercom 2. No kattle as mentioned in amenities. 3. Breakfast qty is low, only 1 plate idli is been served. 4. Cleanliness should improve.

The toilet was not cleaned. It seems the property doesn't use a toilet cleaner. Room was also cleaned after we checked in. There is no cloth hanger in the bathroom. Property needs improvement on the above aspects. Location of the property is very good and can be encashment by owner if customer centric improvements are carried out. Open parking is available on the ground opposite side. Room service is okay. The restaurant is not available with the property at present. We didn't order food as many good options are available near by.

I already stayed here previously, the hotel is situated in the center of the city, hotels are average in terms of food, service

The room was not clean and there was also a cigarette Smokey smell in the room towel also not in the washroom tv is also not working when we call the hotel staff they didn't response me. The service is also very poor 👎

When i checked into the room, there was a bad smell, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. Additionally, i found a used condom in the dustbin. The light in the washroom wasn't working, and the breakfast options were limited to just a few items, which varied from day to day. Considering the price paid for the stay, the quality of the food was acceptable. The blankets were dirty, and outside the window, construction work caused excessive noise, making it difficult to sleep throughout the night

Television was not working, room service not good and in time at all. Have to change room due to n washed blanket, room was not clean, no display of information on room service and food service to call, and very late room service,

Location is apt near to the railway station and city. Restaurant is in-operational but does not matter. Swiggy n zomato works. Phones don't work. For some funny reason they keep the doors of all unoccupied rooms open. If u checkin in the evening lot of mosquitoes. Towels, linen and pillow covers are downright dirty and have to be replaced. Average experience

All experience was very good, and staff behaviour is very good, keep care about your service all the time.

The room and all each part of was very dirty. The corridor was full of thrown disposables. Was room was unbearable. Not value for money. When asked for complimentary breakfast, reply was, you will receive poha and tea in your room itself.

The room was good and ac was functioning well. The cleanliness and room service requires drastic improvement

No private parking, rooms are small. Complementary breakfast with only one dish.

The location isn’t good. No parking is available. They shut the main doors after 11 pm and you are left knocking and shouting if you arrive after 11. The bed was uncomfortable and hygiene of the hotel was very poor. The bedspread was unclean and had stains. Towels provided were unclean, smelly and torn. The rooms stink. The bathroom was unclean too. You may choose this hotel only if you have nowhere else to go.
