water mineral bottle provided at extra charge room condition and service in room was as of General room of while it charges . for the breakfast and tea had to wait, the staff or hotel manager neither asked for breakfast till check out, given after asking as it was included while booking. the room was full of 🦟 mosquitoes, no proper sealed ventilation giving bad odour after opening of room. when asked for Gst printed invoice, after so much follow up at reception, got it at 09.26pm in night . as per charge of hotel room and shown while booking in Make my trip app , the experience is horrible and never suggest this hotel again to anyone

The room was not cleaned, the geyser was not working. When compared to o neelam hotel rajdhani is low in room maintenance. Both pillows were of different quality.

Boas aaram karne layak tha wo b hi nahi chadre gandi thi, i see this hotel allow couples, so if you're student or travelling with your family don't go.

Hotel room provided facility as below, 1) no vifi 2) tv with only free channel 3) faulse commitment for food 4) dirty bathroom 5) overall not very good hotel

Staff was arrogant. They didn't provide basic services like dustbin, door mat. When we check in room was uncleaned. There were hairs everywhere. I cushions covers are dirty. Blanket was also dirty. When complaint about it they sent servent who just clean room superficially. Only good thing about it is location. But there were many other options which i didn't know of. Very bad experience

Located in the centre of the city above a busy restaurant. Neat and clean for the price.
