I have book by Make my trip option after booking , during hotel visit than say hotel not available

No lift at this property. Unhygienic lobby as well as poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. Not even drinking water was provided.

Hotel not check in i am calling 3)4 time make my trip customer care i am not stay in hotel please refund my money

Rooms are very old and dusty. Bed is not comfortable. No complimentary water bottle, no dental kit.

After 1pm hot bath water is closed which is pathetic when guest reached late. Why hotels are booked. With such high value.

In photos diff, actually diff rooms, no proper parking and also no restaurant available. Rooms are older type

Located just near the main bus stand. Easy access to nearby market place. Nice big rooms, though the breakfast items were same everyday but taste is good. Would like to request to change the breakfast menu everyday people staying for more days will like it. Need to have some maintenance done. And if possible please have a lift in the hotel so that aged people or people having problem to climb the stairs will be helpful for them

It was the stay for few hours (05 hours). Lots of cleanliness, bathroom accessories, food etc. Needs much more improvement.

There was a power cut from midnight 2 am to 12 pm when I checked out. No ac, no fan, no lights. Just imagine how weird it would be and hotel staff was not ashamed of it. No generator backup at all.

No breakfast was served the day I checked in however I was charged money for early check-in. Next day I left early at 6:00 am.

AC in the room was not working when I checked in at midnight. I had to switch over to their second hotel at 1 am. It was a terrible time and experience. Would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Good fast service, tea should be given in pot a empty cup, so we can with our own convenience
