Reached hotel at 6 am after overnight hour, no one at the counter. Need to find where the receptionist was sleeping. No towels in the room, enquired but they said laundry will open late so we need to wait. Water kettle for making tea was not working and replacement was not given. They don't care about guests.

Overall room was good, food quality was also good. Only the bad food experience was that, I had to walk down to Grand Mehfil (another property of Mehfil Inn) for breakfast which was uncomfortable since it was raining day

The location is good but the hotel has poor facilities, poor cleanliness, the room had cigarette and chemical smell. The washroom was not clean; the jet spray in the washroom was broken. It seemed the wardrobe, sofa, table and tv unit was not cleaned since ages. The food portion and taste is not worth the price. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

In the first room, the plug near the table was not working. My wife had a meeting to attend and she needed the charging point for the laptop. So they changed our room. However in second room, fan was making too much noise. Lastly their lift was also not working. We have to take our own luggage to the ground floor by stairs. Pathetic experience. Not worth it for the amount they are charging.
