Excellent Service by Restaurant staff .... location was very good was helpful...

service was poor. basic amenities like dental kit was missing. the rooms were stinky. not worth the amount they charge.

Overall room was good, food quality was also good. Only the bad food experience was that, I had to walk down to Grand Mehfil (another property of Mehfil Inn) for breakfast which was uncomfortable since it was raining day

The location is good but the hotel has poor facilities, poor cleanliness, the room had cigarette and chemical smell. The washroom was not clean; the jet spray in the washroom was broken. It seemed the wardrobe, sofa, table and tv unit was not cleaned since ages. The food portion and taste is not worth the price. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

conplaning abount AC not qorking, The man change the but again the same issue as AC room AC not working. Bathroom in sleepary than is more dangerous.

Spacious and clean room. Tasty food. Good arrangement of vehicle parking. Liked the staff punctual service.

No proper parking place, mosquito🦟in the room, cockroach 🪳 also there, no proper drainage from bathroom, stafy also not coperative, for complementary breakfast you supposed to go to the another hotel

Rooms are not very clean, linen are old. Room smells of cigarettes. Breakfast options were sad.

There is a very bad smell in the room. I changed room but the same smell at that room.

Bed bugs and very unhygienic. Pols avoid staying at this property. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty

Location is good but property need some renovation. Breakfast should be arranged with in same building as in rainy season its difficult to transit if raining. Over-all stay was good

In the first room, the plug near the table was not working. My wife had a meeting to attend and she needed the charging point for the laptop. So they changed our room. However in second room, fan was making too much noise. Lastly their lift was also not working. We have to take our own luggage to the ground floor by stairs. Pathetic experience. Not worth it for the amount they are charging.

Front view rooms are very good. The locations of the hotel is also very good. Staff is also helpful.

The room is big, neat and clean. However, there is no room service. The intercom is not working. There is no kitchen in this hotel. For breakfast you need to proceed to a nearby hotel. You have to carry your luggage. Average stay.

Moldy odors, stained carpets, intermittent cold showers poor service quality in a hotel front desk reception was lack of professional skills

Room is good and big, very deem lights. Zero service, cleanliness not up to the mark, no clock room service as my luggage put nearby reception in open area.
