Hotel Rangoli Pearl

The room was spacious, however the floor and bed sheet was not clean, when I called the staff they changed it but after saying: I should have asked earlier. Apart from the 2 people at reception, most of the staff were very rude and unprofessional. The pool was diry and not in condition to be used. "Definitely not a 3 star property"

Actually, This property doesn’t allow me with my couple. Couple free entry was not allowed, Hence …, I had to book another hotel also in the same city which had been unnecessary expenses for me. I didn’t like that on personal level. I was about to cancel this hotel from make my trip. But , I had less time with me so I couldn’t involve myself into all these things.

as per our expectations we don't get satisfaction. cleanliness was very poor, breakfast was also so so. service was horrible 😱.

Hotel is very dirty, room not clean, room was conducted, zero value for money spent. It has become old, no maintenance at all.

very filthy room...tons of dirt and filthy on everything, electric kettle not cleaned for years, telephone seems to have more dust than its weight. every corner in the washroom is so dirty...lots of dirt and small things in bed sides and mattress....seems vaccum cleaner is never used in room. The handles of drawers are too dirty. when asked to change the dirty kettle it was replaced but again cups were not given...so no bed tea in the morning. I highly recommend to skip this very very dirty hotel. refer the pics

The wash room's cleanliness is unhygienic, the room is good, the service is poor, amenities very poor, location is good.

Rooms were not upto the mark. Old furniture and smells the same. Service was good but room freshness is average.

Swimming pool was closed and staff are not supporting and it’s look like old property. So i m not recommended any body to stay here.

Location very convenient. Food quality good. Swimming pool under maintenance. No use. Early morning services are poor. Breakfast was not ready on time. Breakfast dishes was being prepared one by one slowly. Need to improve services and maintenance.

Food quality is not good, stay arrangement is good. Overall ok but room are so old many light switches not working properly

Air conditioner was a chiiing unit. I have to sleep without a/c adjacent rooms were full of drunken customers & full of noise, loud music
