Property location and premise is not good. Rest of the building is abandoned and not maintained. Felt like walking into haunted house

This location was really good and valid for me. It was second time I visited to this hotel. Staff was really helpful and supportive.

Ac and mascito problem rooms are tiny

This place is pathetic. You will be disturbed with each every sound outside. There reception phone keeps ringing continuously which wont allow you to sleep. They were asking me to pay the bill which i did not even ordered.

Room size is so short and provide simple cable subscription because when i ask them to play star gold channel or zee cenema they replied me these channel are paid we can not provide you. But they are taking 2000 per day rent but not providing simple subcription of channel. Plz dont make booking of this hotel

We had been there for pilgrimage and the staff was very cooperative, well mannered. The food in their restaurant was very good. Overall nice stay

Excellent service tasty food excellent living experience. Good staff and 24 hours service available.

Pros: polite staff. Cons: this hotel is located within municipal corporation’s building with office blocks around so doesn’t feel like hotel. Very small bathroom, shower was not working, poor water drainage. The lady at reception was rude, she didn’t like me checking food bill, she took out calculator and suggested me to reverify. The lobby in second floor had strong smell, might be due to smoking.

I am checking out late the receptionist told me you have to pay us but we are not providing a bill. When i am asking for bill he is shouting on me

1. Cooperation of some staff excellent. Food excellent. What i didn't like. Did not get first tea early. Had to go out. During night no control over noise level. Some occupants were shouting. Had to call reception on both days @ 1am/2am.

Hotel is good for family stay. Rooms are small but enough for single or two guests. Washrooms are clean. The staff is cooperative. Food options are available. The location is peaceful though well connected to the market. Very near to rajapeth bus stand.
