Stay was good little bit hygiene should be taken care of

Location is perfect. Near fort and it's great. Rooms were in good condition. Stay was Good and everything was fine.

This is to share with all regarding the horrible experience myself (and my family) had regarding my booking at Hotel desert memories Jaisalmer from 25th to 28th December 2017 after having a confirmed booking from Make My Trip After reaching Jaisalmer with a confirmed booking from Make My Trip, I found the hotel does not exist at the address given by Make My Trip. On ringing on the contact number written on Make My Trip confirmation letter, a person arrived after sometime (claimed he is the owner of Hotel desert memories) and told me that he will show me rooms in nearby hotels. I had confirmed booking of Deluxe AC. Room, but I was shown a very poor quality room in a roadside bad hotel with very unsafe surrounding. He claiming to be owner of Hotel desert memories was continuously lying and after talking to him I felt he is just a broker. It was already evening and so considering our safety aspect myself along with my family decided to leave the place I had to look out for a hotel and ultimately got one at a very high price during this peak season My question is how can Make My Trip issue a booking confirmation when the hotel does not exist. After I made an official complaint, make my trip refused to make any refund and they have not taken any action against fake hotel owner The above experience undergone by myself and family has been shared here in details to caution everybody that Make My Trip is taking full payment before trip and hence not refunding any money even if you could not stay in the hotel due to their fault.

Amazing location next to the fort and the lake. God staff and the breakfast was excellent. Amin, the owner, was really kind and organised our desert safari. Amazing experience, make sure you don't miss it !!! The rooms were clean and the breakfast simple but good.
