it was a very exotic experience service is ok.but the room committed is not matching and A.C is not working.

Had an amazing experience staying at the desert camp. The staff behaviour is quite good and we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere and facilities are very nice.. highly recommended.

Hospitality is excellent specially Iran the service manager. He done all he can do to make our stay memorable. He also arrange our desert safari camp tour.that was also very excellent

We stayed in Raj Mandir from 28th to 31st December 2024. I would never recommend this hotel. The bathrooms are always water logged. The rooms are dimly lit. They have no power backup inspite of having frequent power cuts. We opted for laundry service, however they returned our clothes without even ironing saying its done. Overall, its a bad experience. Worst part of entire Rajasthan trip.

Excellent service. All staff is friendly and helpful. Stay without any worry. Prefer big room. Hotel is inside fort. Enjoy city view.

Amazing and well maintained home stay property, good food and excellent service. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is at the top of the fort which is difficult to reach on foot. The room is very basic and lacks hygiene. There is a bad smell in the toilet. The restaurant does not prepare food items on its own.

Roof top restorent have good city view, but i have booked family room and there was no tv in room and no city view but hotel quite good, n i have booked dangri desert camp throug this hotel and it it's very bad so don't book your sum dunes through this hotel totally vest of money

Overall it was a great experience, since this is inside palace due due to heavy crowd we faced issue reaching the. But in that also staff was very helpful. I can say overall great experience. Only problem is they have veg and non-veg food both. So the person who are pure veg can feel some issue.

Extremely poor service. Water leakages found in both the toilets. No tv and telephone was there but during booking it was showing available in the room.

Nice hotel. All staffs are very much cooperative. They will arrange guide and transportation as well for local sightseeing

We enjoyed stay at hotel raj mandir jaisalmer inside fort. We were family of 4 and took two separate rooms, it was clean and had full view of city from the window. Food served to us really testee and staff courteous and supportive, specially dip u singh and iran. I do not recollect the name of chefs, want to thank them for delicious and fresh food. Also jagdish ji who took us in auto to city visit. Very nice person and taken patwon ki haveli, nathmal ki haveli, fort view point and gadisar lake and next day dropped to airport.

Worst experience ever in this hotel. Ac is not working properly. They charged 4500 approx per night and breakfast is not good.

One of the best hotel in jaisalmer, location is very beautiful and convenient and i also thanks to the staff is very cooperative and helpful to you, terrace view is awesome rooms are very beautiful neat and clean such a affordable price.

Superb stay. The host was so sccompdative arranged everything for us taxi for sightseeing seam sand dunes etc

The hotel was excellent. The staffs were friendly d went out of their ways to make our stay co. Fortsble. Dip u and i ran treated us like family. Highly recommend this place. From my side i will give it a 5 star.

Power cuts are so often at this hotel. There is no power back up, you can hear noise from other room n stare cases from your room.

This hotel is on top of jaisalmer fort. We reached at twelve o'clock at night. The car has to be parked in the parking spot below. But the hotel sent a special auto at its own expense even for this night. Our room is a luxurious mansion. When we went to the terrace for breakfast in the morning, we was thrilled to see the entire city of jaisalmer shrouded in mist below. A very memorable stay.

Excellent property with superb helpful staffs. All n all the entire setup along with service provided deserve 5 stars. The hotel has a superb city view from it’s terrace and just 2-3mins walking from Dussera Chowk.
