My stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Housekeeping services were timely, and the location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Management of hotel must ensure timely availability of amenities in the bathroom. Hot water is essential requirement. They should ensure timely availability

The bed sheets in our room were not clean, and there were mosquitoes in the room which disturbed us, and the rest was just fine, hopefully next time there will be better benefits

The hotel has zero hygiene. The bathroom, washbasin, comord were very dirty. The bedcover was stained. The towels provided were of low quality. There was no intercom. Overall the hotel hygiene and cleanliness was very terrible. We checked out immediately from there
