We had opted for a stay in kargil at Dzojilla on our way to srinagar. excellent experience clean rooms clean washrooms dinner preparation was tasty breakfast was also good. overall comfortable good experience.

hotel has not that good service also staff is not professional I paid online approx they again charged me 600

Hotel is very conveniently located near the bus stand. Adequate amenities. The staff were gracious in changing the dates of our stay, and also changing our room as per our request. Polite behaviour by everyone. The restaurant also serves good food.

It was a terrible night for us, especially for families with kids. There was no air conditioning and the environment inside the room was too hot. Many tourists experienced the same feeling. The toilets had no ventilation, and there was a gap in the toilet door, so smells came inside the room. We did not sleep overnight. The staff's behavior and hospitality were good, and the food was also very nice. We are not complaining, but the management needs to improve the facilities based on the weather conditions.

Location is good, service is good, price is reasonable. Anybody outside the room (from corridor) can open the sliding glass windows & curtains of bathroom and can hinder privacy.

Stayed at Hotel D'Zojila and was fully satisfied with the hotel...top class service and food...good location ..hotel in located centrally in kargil where you get accesss to all nearby places..newly renovated rooms...good parking space and good ambience..river view rooms...manager Mr.Ankush Sharma is very helpful....overall great choice...Highly recommended.!!

I had a great stay at dzojila hotel kargil. They have renovated the property and new rooms are very estheticlly pleasing and location is great. Good food and safe car parking. Highly recommended

I had a very good stay at The D'Zojila Kargil....they upgraded my room to river view room free of cost...they have ample car parking for car safe parking ..the food was very hygienic and tasty...room was neat and clean...the staff was helpful and eager to help ..terrace garden with river view..lovely stay...highly recommended

Hopeless room. Bathroom is horrible. This is not even half the price charged. Food is also below par. It will be better to avoid this hotel under any circumstances

Great service, good staff

The dreamingly beautiful sight of mountains from our room and a good stay in Hotel D'Zojila was the highlight of our trip. The hotel deserves full marks in all aspects and is truly a great experience. The room was superb and the breakfast spread was also quite good with a great service.

The stay was nice in this Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a variety of food found there and the food was of good quality. The staff behavior was helpful. There was only one problem in the Hotel that was on the terrace of the Hotel there was no railing and that was not safe for children. The Hotel is very much near to the main Road.

The Hotel was not good. The rooms are not spacious. The facilities and the amenities are not provided by the Hotel. The rooms are dark as there was lack of light. Overall it was a worst experience.
