Review Of Hotel D'Presidente (Boutique Hotel)

The stay was good but room cleanliness must be improved further complimentary breakfast options should be increased.

It was an awsome experience altogether. The place was so good staffs were so nice . This hotel D' Presidente is definitely my all time fav now.

location was fine but the service was pathetic and too slow..food was nice but overrated. they didn't have all the cuisine mentioned in their menu card.. overall very impressive

Firstly, I changed my room twice because of Air conditioner. They made me wait for around one and half hour for same one day. Secondly, I ordered bread omelette and aloo prauntha was served, which they changed later on. Third, they had kept hair cleanser only in washroom, when I asked for body wash, the worker told me that it is not available and on asking about it, she provided me with a used one, resulting which I had to order it from blinkit. Fourth, I had not given them the keys to clean the room in my absence, but still they have cleaned it without my consent

The hotel is located on the main road near the metro station. Good facilities, Good room service and the cleanliness and hygiene part was upto the mark. Hotel staff was so cooperative and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. It was a pleasant stay at hotel de' presidente. Location is good in the main area of Janakpuri. On the main road. Infrastructure and facilities are good. Staff so helpful and polite. Overall good experience

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Prime location. They allow swiggy for ordering food.

The hotel did not serve breakfast whereas it was included in my booking. They could not provide a proper gst bill and the checkout process took 30 mins. Rooms were okay but there was some dirt on the floor

Location and everything was fine but rules they had i don’t know wat they are running a hotel or a hospital and more over dirty rooms and specifically there night manager manohar doesn’t know how to behave with there guest moreover he was drunk on duty highly unacceptable
