Overall it was good, but I was a little troubled because of the rush, the room was also quite small and the food was also okay, I am visiting for the 3rd time, but this time I was not so satisfied with the services.

The stay was good, we visited for the 2nd time. Everything was fine, just the AC was non-functional which however was fixed after sometime.

Low grade Amenities within a premium property

Rooms were not properly maintained. Washrooms had technical issues with fittings, was working temporarily. Swimming pool wasn’t clean. Activity rooms were burning like a furnace during summer. No internet in mini theatre. Activity handling staff was rude. Food was awesome the best thing during the stay. Overall low grade amenities in such a premium property.

property location is good. food was also delicious when you eat at the restaurant but when you go for the complementary breakfast at coffee house it is very pedestrian. amenities are ok as this property is quite old. we stayed at cottage 206 and many things were broken in the room. also you would find lizard and spiders in the room. shower was old not working properly. jacuzzi was not functioning properly either. service was ordinary. reception people were very raw.

Got an upgrade because of Service issue

I booked Super deluxe room, which was not prepared properly at 8 pm check-in, I complained, they upgraded me to Villa. I checked out at 6 am next day, but appreciate manager is swiftly moving me to better option
