very old bathroom, no hot water. no one is there in the reception in the morning They maintaining to run the BAR

I have booked hotel with breakfast but i have not received breakfast from this hotel. I have asked them but they not provide food there

We were waiting for food for a long time.when we call they didnt attend the call too.. Poor service.we didnt like to stay there.

Excellent ambience, Courteous staff, convenient location, clean and tidy room, overall good experience

Room didn’t have any fan, geyser was not working, no mirror in the room, no water or cup to have coffee. Over all bad experience

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The attitude of hotel team is very bad and they are not interested to book any guest in this hotel. Every amenities are below average. There is no reception person in this hotel. Myself handover the room key to security guard

Super stay but some prblm in hotel otherwise hotel is superb super conditions and super nature. Hotel nature superb and room conditions is superb

Few points i will mention over here. 1. Staffs are not cooperative at all. 2. Very bad housekeeping service. 3. Not communicative. 4. Poor cleanness. 5. Poor guest handling. 6. Provided dirty linen.

The room is nice and worth. However service is not that great. Overall it’s a average hotel for family.

Hair drier was not working & hot water was not working at all. No place to wash car. Not worthy to stay

This is a great place to stay at the center of ado-or city. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well maintained.

Nice place. Quiet. Food room service is there till 10pm. Attached bar is there.

Location is ideal, but the restaurant was under renovation/work, which wasn't informed. Toilet not in good condition, flushing is a matter of luck. Hot water wasn't there all thru the stay. The hot water the staff brought in bucket had some hair and cobweb in it, so had to discard it. The corridors and stairs smell awfully, but the staff, excellent. Felt very secure though i was traveling alone.

Stayed there for a night location - 1 km away from the ado-or ksrtc stand. Food - good hygiene - good safety - good

The staff at reception was very friendly and was outing his whole heart into everything he could do for the guests. But the hotel doesn't deserve a good staff like him. The rooms aren't the cleanest. The bathroom isn't clean enough. Ac works but takes a good while to cool the room. Luckily no bed bugs or issues. But there was no hot water in the bathroom or a kettle and amenities for tea/coffee in the room. The food we ordered from the restaurant was sub par except for the friedrice.
