Because of your help we got a chance to stay here, we got very good facilities, so thank you from the bottom of my heart

Rooms are very small, no cleanliness and bed single, very small and dirty, room service is very poor. Room very small, not clean bed size very small and bathroom is very consisted

Rate charged as ac room but non ac. Soap, towel not available, no facility of water

Hotel location was prime, safety is minimal and no amenities, as per the description.

Anyone who wants to walk to tge lalitpur railway station with luggage or without luggage so you can book this option. They have ac and non ac options.

Never book this third class Hotel irresponsible staff not clean

Hotel was not at all like What the picture, it was a lodge, none was there to receive, no one was there who know how to assist check in as they do not have ipad or laptop or android phone, I paid for ac room however they made us stay in non ac room as no one have Idea how to confirm type of room. Stay was hardly surviving leave aside food or anything. No towels n no soaps and most unhygienic stay. I'm very upset.

I stated for a day with my family in 2 rooms in this hotel. In this budget you cannot expect many facilities in a hotel. Overall it is a nice property in this price. They don't have geyser in bathroom but the staff is very much supportive. They provided warm water on demand and also as early as 5 am in morning. If you need to warm some milk or something they supported very well. Due to supportive staff the simple hotel gives little more comfort. Close to railway station and located in prime location in civil lines.

Location is good near to railway station.
The room service was not good and not co-operative staff.
