Poor Stay

The property was not at all maintained. The room was not at all clean and hygienic. We went there for 2 days and 1 night. The staff was rude specially the manager at the night shift. The manager at the day shift kept apologising and couldn’t make any arrangements. The bedding, rugs and a napkin was soiled. There were no towels slipper or any toiletries. We have ask for it. Towels were also old and looked like not washed from the day they bought it. There was fungus in the room, walls was soiled with tobacco, tea and coffee stains. Rugs were never washed and were having dead flies on it. Cushions were molded. First of all how are you guys.. because i don’t feel you guys are sane right now. I and my husband has already given multiple feedbacks about our poor experience at killa kothi chanderi.. but still on daily basis you send us the new feedback message or google form. We had already told you that we had worst experience there but despite taking any action you are sending messages about feedback. Today itself i have given pictures of that shabby hotel room. Again this message of feedback in the evening on the very same day. I haven’t received any call from you guys till now. I need the 50% refund of my payment done at killa kothi chanderi and that’s from you because you didn’t had the correct information about that place. Please initiate

We got best deal from MMT and amazing experience one could ask for. Pleasant stay, well mannered staff and good enough food. We especially loved their preparation of daal paalak , it had homely taste. Best thing about this MPT Hotel was it's location , Chanderi fort is in its vicinity. Awesome Mausam also added to the view and feel. Loved it and will definitely visit again

Cool place for staycation

Location is good but pool was missing. I did not saw that before making the booking as we are looking for staycation and pools play a major role in that. Apart from that, the shakes are good but limewater was not that great. Breakfast was awesome. Worth it.

An amazingly beautiful small palatial place, with the high view over the Chanderi town. Adjoining fort with breathtaking views and light and sound shows are idyllic. The staff is helpful and food is excellent. And the sarees are lovely. The sounds from the city add charm to this historic experience.

Location of hotel is excellent. Excellent city view from hotel. Easy to visit kola & light / sound show. Room was spacious, heater & geyser facility available. Food preparation very good. Similar to home made food. Quantity of food served is moderate so better to enjoy dinner in restaurant as per your requirements. All amenities are satisfactory considering mp govt unit. Interior cleaning & maintenance can be better for delux suite.

Property is located on the highest hill in chanderi next to the entrance gate of kirti durga overlooking chanderi town. You can view the entire chanderi town from your room or rear balcony. Property has just 6 rooms and a suite and is located in a serene environment. There isn't the usual hustle and bustle of a commercial hotel and staff is cooperating. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with fridge, heater and ac. Bathrooms are modern and clean. There are ample open areas where you can sit and chat or have food while admiring the view.
