Hotel Regency Bina

It was good. in that remote place, hotel rooms were good.food was ok not upto the mark.

The owner isn’t available at the property as he has few more properties to manage. Due to its secluded location there isn’t any network nor the wifi of the hotel is good. Power cuts are regular (10 times a day) dg also doesn’t help during power cuts. Half of the menu isn’t available as i was the only person in the entire hotel. Staff are helpful.

This is a hotel for those who love to spend a night in a quiet and secluded place, literally in the wild. I had a great experience with the staff since the admin guy gives you his personal number and you can call him every time instead of dialling room service. He will be at your door in a minute. Breakfast was included in my package and they gave me a healthy and princely meal that worked as a brunch. The rooms are spacious and fairly maintained for that price. Now the biggest drawback is frequent electricity cuts. They have a generator which they do use, but there is a time lag of about 10-15 minutes which may prove too long when it is 40 degrees outside. All windows are sealed so there is no scope for enjoying fresh air from the field outside when the ac is down. I did feel the pinch since i visited during the ominous heat wave of may 2022, but the sweet guys made me forget about it by their quick response time. Another issue is transportation. You don't get ola/uber here, just stand on the road and wait for a shared tempo. So if you haven't come here in your car, be ready for a crowded, rustic and bumpy ride. Also there is nothing around so you'll have to be completely dependent on hotel food and water, which i found to be good. I didn't want to reduce a star but then sentiments shouldn't override objectivity.

This hotel is a sub par horrible place with rooms and lobbies full of cockroaches, mosquitoes and other insects. Beg bugs crawling around and cockroaches coming out from every corner. Terrified that I might get some illness. And look at the review 3.0/5.

The services are found good.

I liked the place. It has huge space and no pollution. One can concentrate on his work.
Should have free WiFi or mobile booster in all floor. Should have more food varieties.

Location is OK, a bit out of city with nothing else in sight. The lawns and lanes in front of the hotel are still under development and there is lot of dust on hot days. The hotel is NOT all clean and rooms have small cockroaches everywhere. Food is reasonably OK, nothing great to write about. Staff are friendly, and very helpful. There is no Wi-Fi and network connectivity can be an issue whether bsnl, Airtel etc.
