Good location and near the temple good room and good service.

location is no problem. its very near to temple. room no:105 television is not function.Two time I report this issue nobody clear the issue. I think the hotel management did not subscribe the channel

Hotel Brahmaputra is located very close to the temple, hardly a few minutes walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice stay.

TV was not working, and this issue was not solved even though i stayed for the duration of 2 days.. The staff approach was very bad when raising such concerns, especially night staff... rest of all found fine..

Hot water was not available to our expectations.the other services was alright.the location is very convenient

Location is easily accessible, food is not available in the facility, room is average bed is very hard and stiff. Hot water is available 24 hours.

My stay was short. From 3 pm to 10.30pm. Hospitality is fine. The staff is very helpful. But the room was not so o.k, as I have expected, as far as the rent for the non AC room is concerned. Great hotel with a good location! Easy for people visiting the temple ... takes 4 mins by walk. Good staff, great cleanliness. Good choice of restaurants nearby! Overall a great deal!

Room was decent and clean. Though not a big room, toilet as shown in the pics. Good enough for two people stay. Location good with walkable distance to temple. Nice ambience and amenities provided are reasonably good. Staff also helpful. I found my stay comfortable. Would prefer this hotel next time also. Thanks.

Showing big room with 240 sq feet at the time of booking. Allotted a crammed space. The reception desk says they do not entertain complant and can contact MMT as you have booked online. This happened at 1 AM. The blanket was with long human hairs and with stains. On complaint they changed it. You have given a 3 star rating to the hotel. Cockroaches were all around. We had booked for a spacious room for 3 adults. An extra bed was provided in a crammed space. The man at reception desk was sleeping and he was very rudely talking when informed about the room conditions. I will have to think twice when booking through MMT. Your help line was of no use and you people never bothered to even call back.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is very close to Guruvayur temple. Food was not available at the hotel. However, there are many restaurants nearby

Rooms and their services are very good. The drawback is that we can park only few cars at thier parking area.

Location is good. Booked ac double room for me ,wife with our 4 year old kid. But Dental kit have only two brushes, and charged 25 Rs for extra brush😏. This is Little thing!! . But customer (me ) has been wondered and un happy that moment. So kindly make customer happy for little things (25 rs cost).

House keeping was not upto the level against my expectations. Room furniture was dusty. Room size is not proper for double bed and hence it was feeling so congested. Food restaurant is not attached with hotel and accordingly no dinning room available. Morning self service Tea mak8ng faciacility was not availed by hotel management and they said that it is to be provided only in AC rooms.

The hotel was very close to the Temple. Very good and polite behaviour from the hotel crew. The size of the bathroom and bed was not as expected.

Stay is good and staff is courteous but hotel lacks car parking space and doesn't have underground facility for parking and rooms are a bit small for comfort rather than that everything else was perfect thanks for stay and comfort
