Good stay.. courteous staff.tea was good.. very near to west nada of guruvayoor ..walkable in 2 minutes.. ample space for parking.. has two lift as well

Property location is very good, property is also good, but front desk staffs were not qualified, because AC was not working when we check in. After argument we shifted to another room.

I am not in stay in this hotel do due cancelled program. So kindly refund the amount..........

very poor experience ,bathroom and toilet very very bad, water in the bathroom rusty colour, alot mosquito inside the room so you can't sleep in room,very bad

Good property and very easy access to Guruvayur temple only negative thing is that the check in time is 3 pm which is too late other hotels provide check in at 12

Good parking facility, but room is too hot to stay better to opt for A/c rooms

Please informed that, i booking 3 bed one matters, hotel give only 2 bed 1 matters, i am waiting more than 1 hour, not good

There's no Lift facility, it's very difficult for the aged people. One advantage is near by temple. Food is good 👍

I have stayed in this hotel for its cleanliness and proximity to the temple. However this time the towels appeared unclean, the bath shower is rusted with water spraying in 360 degree directions, ac remote was in bad shape and you can’t control the temperature. Restaurant food is quite ok. Room cupboard was full of dust n fungus

Walkable distance for guruvayoor temple darshan. Parking is available in the hotel premises. Staff very helpful. They can understand and speak in hindi. Guests shall be able to accept boiled rice for meals. Hot water is supplied for drinking in the restaurant as is the custom in kerala.

No bathroom clean. High number of mosquitos. I think bad room. Pls check neatness off room and saroundings

Room is neat n clean, but too hot, there is no cub board to place our dress, fan was too noisy, couldn't sleep at all, but one this plus point is very near to west nada

I expected a better room for this price. There is 2 bed for 3 adults for a deluxe room. The room was stinking so we asked for another room and we got a small room instead of taking deluxe room. Not worth for money.
