there was no hot water in the morning, despite having a restaurant below I had no breakfast and tea in the morning,as their kitchen was going to open at 11 am ,no telephone no heater in bathroom I myself had to go to bring breakfast there was no staff to help me bring things in morning,I would say it was an avg stay

Very poor service and breakfast times are 10. 30 when you're at work here is not advisable

They were denying about my booking their not allowing me to stay was constantly closing gate on my face very aggressive they even said if your going to check out in early morning then only we will check you in as they have marriage ceremony in afternoon worst hotel ever

Hotel housekeeping was third class room without lights cockroach in rooms.

Very bad service. Really disappointed. Dirty rooms. Unorganized and uninformed staff. The location of the hotel is decent though. Customer care and service needs drastic improvements. They should honor their commitments.
