Review Of Hotel Black Rock

Hotel staff owner behaviour vary bad/service very bad. I paid to hotel extra cash for ac I ask for bill owner told me I can't give you cash bill.

Please don't prefer the hotel. Behavior of hotel people is very unprofessional. And it's like vintage haunted house.

Hotel is located in prime location but the condition of hotel is dilapidated.

The room had no WiFi, no 24 hour hot water they served one bucket water, no separate charging point. Very old hotel need to upgrade from old to new. Room rent must be between 700-1200, not at all 2200. This is the second time I am reviewing such harsh review after my Kolkata trip. I must say I am quiting MMT, I think MMT local Manager over rate local hotels.

Overall hotel is good. However it was costly those days when I visited because of tgt exams. Staff are good and I will recommend anyone to go to this hotel despite of the company combination like family couple or friends all will be comfortable there

The most pathetic hotel, insects were dancing in the bathroom, rooms and toilet stinks, no proper toiletries, attitude is not appropriate, you tend to feel very uncomfortable with the way they react/talk. Even Denied to accept digital payment for food bill, Later accepted through online transfer post checkout.

Overall the room is good. Catering service is not available during evening. Electricity is not available during day. Room is clean. Charging slot js not working properly. Overall it is good but it needs modifications.

It was a very bad experience.. The room was very dirty and filthy.. The staff behavior was bad.. Very inconvenient.. The hotel is good but they provided the worst room of their hotel because we booked through Makemytrip website..

Suit room was good but bed room AC and T. V. Didn't work properly. Power supply was very bad many times power cut. But location is very good. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. Food quality was good but not best.

Very arrogant staff and very poor hygiene in rooms. Staff insist that if you book same hotel by contacting us on telephone then we charge much less than the amount that you already pay through MMT. So I don't think this hotel is a right choice for stay

Poor management, service, non cooperative No proper supply of electricity No waiters and proper room service. Cleanliness is not good. Beds are not good and same bathroom. Room reflecting in image is different not spaceious

Good service but average facilities. TV was not working and they cannot able to fix. Food is costly as they arrange from outside. Good for one night stay only. It's an old hotel but staff is courteous and helpful. It's a value for money but certainly not for people looking for more than average accommodation.

Horrible no hot water for winter nights bed springs and blanket will make you feel like you are sleeping in jail. Only room service is good. But some ask for tips as they are under paid many times they keep on giving you hints. Room is damp due to water leakage from wash basin. No proper maintenance

Hotel is average suited as per price. Bedroom is spacious but no proper charging points close to bed. For charging, you have to put phone or laptop near to TV panel away from bed and chair. Bathroom is good

Poor infrastructure, decades old furniture. No power backup, only one charging plug, either you can charge your Mobile or you can use all out. Poor quality food not hygienic at all. In the name of toiletries they give my a soap of two rupees. For rest pictures are added.

You need to apply geyser in your rooms. Need more cleanses in the rooms. Your food rates are expensive. Else your hotel members were friendly nature. Overall your service is average. Tv were not work properly. Telephones were not working

Good hotel to stay. Though the front desk person was not much polite but overall experience was good. Location of the hotel is very good and at center of city. Food available in hotel was average

Room is big. Bed cushion was not good. Even blanket was not good enough for winter. Staff and owner is good and friendly. Only one charging point that too far away from Bed. However if you directly calling hotel then the price will be lower than online. Prices

Overall good stay, location was good, but traditional kind of hotel, need some renovation and also need to have own restaurant in hotel. I only stay one night and when I ch eked out then the staff attended me on reception did not take feedback to me about my stay. I just want to make aware the owner of property that they can take advatage of location but need to change somethings immediately else Black Rock will be history soon.

Need's to provide more electrical points for charging phone. Management was very helpful in arranging for a local cab to travel around the city. Had an amazing services by the staff. Very polite and helpful.
