Good hotel. The man in the reception does not know how to smile. Wonder, why we were not given complementary breakfast.

The experience did not match the price paid. The room lacked basic amenities — no kettle provided, and there were no coffee or tea packets available. Additionally, the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the amount charged.

Breakfast was not available- food only available after 11. The hotel was clean / near the town and staff were helpful.

The place did not have a lift and we had to walk up 3 floors, i travel-led with elderly parents it was really bad. The rooms were not cleaned or water kept after one day of use. The place is average

Good clean rooms in a small town like chengannur. The team is very accommodating and helps with all possible help to serve customers. Lift wasnt working, but still manageable

Location good. Clean. Rooms spacious. But tv not working. Ac remote not working. Restaurant non-functional at the moment.

The property was in a prime location: Very well kept and the room was very spacious. The staff was courteous. The reception desk was ably held by Radhu - a strange name indeed - ever smiling and eager to attend to our needs. Food had far too few options but what was served was tasty

Was on a trip to attend a wedding. Hotel location is good. Room is spacious. Bathroom also big. They don’t give complimentary breakfast. Morning i asked for breakfast. Only limited menu. Idly vada. Too bad. Not at all acceptable from a hotel like them. Even tea was not good.

Very neatly maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. We liked too much. Good food and easily accessible.

The place is generally good and clean & very near to railway station restaurant does not support the property at all nothing much to order, no cook on duty otherwise all staff were very good

I booked at the hotel Bhagavath Gardens I order to attend a friend’s wedding at Chengannur. The hotel was very comfortable and with all amenities. The washroom was a one of a kind. Although we travel a lot, never came across an hotel with so comfortable. The staff were very courteous and the food was sumptuous. God bless hotel bags th gardens to go from strength to strength. Most of all it was very affordable. Wonderful place. 💐💐💐💐💐💐

Excellent hotel. Located near the centre of chengannur with easy access to most landmarks. The hotel has good parking for vehicles. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and the service was prompt. Food from the restaurant was also good. I have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Decent room and good, well-maintained property, but better quality of pest control required. We had a bad experience with the quality of a particular food dish, but i would not hold them to it. Senior level staff could be more customer-oriented in approach and response. Property is very pricey for a temple city. Surprisingly, they provide complementary breakfast package only for customers who book directly from them and not through mmt! while ordering breakfast, they also make it a point to remind you that " you have to pay for breakfast" before even providing their menu ! apart from that, we had a reasonably good stay.

I have booked on 09. 05. 2024. They allotted one standard room bearing no. 306 and even after one hour the ac is not working. I made a complaint then they allotted another room bearing no. 205.

Comfortable stay and nice clean room

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Near to railway station. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

The stay was inexpectedly serene and good. The standards of service and utilities is way above the other hotels of chengannur. You will feel that you are staying in a 3 star hotel in cities like bangalore & chennai the staff was helpful. Little challenge with the ac but nothing uncomfortable

I gone for pilgrimage to sabarimala and i enjoyed the arrangements and hospitality. I hope in my next visit same response.
